Depending on the features you use, data may include your name and email address, authentication information, account preferences, credit balance, payment and usage records, IP address, browser information, and security logs.

When you use creative features, prompts, uploaded files, references, project information and generated results may also contain personal data. Only submit information you are entitled to use, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information or other people’s personal data.

We use data to register and authenticate accounts, provide the features you request, keep projects and assets available, manage credits and payments where enabled, respond to support requests, and protect the Service against fraud and abuse.

Processing necessary to provide a requested service may rely on performance of a contract. Security and fraud prevention may rely on legitimate interests, and legally required records on legal obligations. These activities are not covered by a blanket consent to every possible use of your data.

Where a particular activity requires consent, the request must identify its purpose and allow a separate, affirmative choice. Reading this notice or creating an account does not, by itself, consent to advertising, optional tracking, publication of your content, or unrelated uses of your data.

Acknowledging this notice during registration confirms that you have read the information about processing. It does not replace a separate consent request where one is needed.

Requested features may involve hosting, email, payment or AI model providers. When a generation feature is enabled and used, the information needed for that request may be sent to the relevant provider. See the Privacy Policy for information about sharing and international transfers. This notice is not a separate consent to transfers without the safeguards required by applicable law.

Data is retained for the purposes and periods described in the Privacy Policy, including applicable legal record-keeping requirements. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, and complain to a competent data protection authority.

You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing at any time by contacting support@transcendenttech.net and identifying the activity concerned. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. Data needed for another valid legal basis, such as statutory records, may still need to be retained.

Send requests from the email address associated with your account where possible, describe what you would like us to do, and do not include your password. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal data.
